Areas Covered

Our student accommodation is available to view now for the academic year 2012/2013.

The majority of our properties are located in the most popular student areas of Nottingham, Lenton and Dunkirk.  From our properties in Lenton you can easily walk to both the University of Nottingham and the Trent University City Campus.  Our Dunkirk properties are situated a very short walk from the University of Nottingham.  Both of these areas are only a quick bus ride to the centre of Nottingham with its buzzing nightlife, plentiful eateries and massive choice of shops.  There are a variety of small local shops and take-aways very close to all our properties in these areas.

We have two properties located within the privately owned Park Estate.  This exclusive area is highly sought after with its own hotel and restaurant, Waltons, within the estate.  These properties are ideally placed halfway between the City Centre and the University with both being just a short walk away.  In addition there are numerous small shops and take-aways very close by.

On the other side of the University are our two properties in Beeston.  These are both situated in quiet residential areas with many shops, restaurants and bars nearby.  Nottingham University is walking distance from both these properties. 

Our properties in Trent Bridge/Embankment are ideally situated for students attending Nottingham Trent University, either the Clifton or City Campuses.  Again these properties are within quiet residential areas with plentiful local amenities and only a short bus ride or walk from the fashionable shops, bars and restaurants of West Bridgford and Nottingham.
