By far the most popular student area, Lenton is lively with its many shops, cafes, delis and the Savoy Cinema. With Sainsbury’s on Derby Road and the legendary Park Stores Deli you will never go short of something to eat. Frequent buses run along Derby Road both into the city centre and to University Park although you can walk to both from most areas of Lenton if you prefer.
If you want to be close to University Park you can’t do better than a property in Dunkirk. The properties here represent excellent value for money as the housing stock is traditionally a little larger than in Lenton and there is often more outdoor space too. The city centre is a short bus journey away, these run frequently from University Boulevard, or alternatively the new tram link makes this journey even quicker.
We have two properties located within the privately owned Park Estate. This exclusive area is highly sought after with its own hotel and restaurant, Waltons, within the estate. These properties are ideally placed halfway between the City Centre and the University with both being walking distance. In addition there are numerous small shops and take-aways close by.
On the other side of the University are our two properties in Beeston. These are both situated in quiet residential areas with many shops, restaurants and bars nearby. Nottingham University is walking distance from both these properties or there is currently a good bus service both to the University and the city centre. The new tram link runs directly to the University and the city centre making this journey quicker and easier than ever before.
Trent Bridge/The Embankment
We have one student property in this area which is popular with those attending Nottingham Trent University, either the Clifton or City Campuses. This property is located within a quiet residential area but is only a few minutes walk or a short bus ride away from the fashionable shops, bars and restaurants of West Bridgford and Nottingham.
