| I feel that the services that you provide are good, and done within a good time limit. We have enjoyed staying at 74 cycle road, and would have loved to stay on, but we qualify as nurses in october!! |

| I have very much enjoyed living in one of your properties this year. The house is very well finished and looks clean cut and it is easy to maintain. I have felt safe in the house with the alarm and new gate at the back. Everything is neutral (curtains and floor etc) so its nice that we can make our rooms our own. It is brilliant that if we do have a problem someone will be there straight away to sort it out. Everyone who sees the house is always very impressed! |

| I have been extremely happy with my stay at Glentworth Road and will be sad to leave in Septmeber. It's a lovely house and its extremely reassuring to know that any problem we have will be sorted out very quickly. You have been a excellent landlord!

| I have really enjoyed living at two church avenue for the last two years. Its a beautiful house and I've been really impressed with the quick responses to any querires or help we've needed in the house. As a land lord you've been really good and i really appriciate the enlargement of the kitchen, it's made life so much easier! |

| I've loved living at 2 Church Avenue the last year and a half. It's an amazing house, everyone who comes to visit comments on how lovely it is and allot of people when we describe where we live say 'oh my god you live in that huge house on the corner?!' and are extremely jealous. We've always had excellent response to any problems, emails are usually replied to the same day and repairs are always carried out quickly. The house itself is kept in extremely good condition, over the summer this year John had the entire kitchen refurbished. I would definitely recommend living in one of the Buxton Properties, John is an excellent landlord and he definitely has some of the nicest houses around. You hear some nightmare stories about people dealing with awful landlords and terrible houses, but we've had a fantastic time living here and have nothing but good things to say about the experience.
