I have very much enjoyed living in one of your properties this year. The house is very well finished and looks clean cut it is easy to maintain. I have felt safe in the house with the alarm and new gate at the back. Everything is neutral (curtains and floor etc) so it’s nice that we can make our rooms our own. We did feel that the work on the house became a bit intrusive and we didn’t get chance to just enjoy living here in September but our situation was a bit different with the house only just having been re-done. It is brilliant however that if we do have a problem someone will be there straight away to sort it out. Everyone who sees the house if always very impressed. Regards, Joanna.

Its a beautiful house and I've been really impressed with the quick responses to any queries or help we've needed in the house. Hi Matt, I've loved living at 2 Church Avenue the last year and a half. It's an amazing house, everyone who comes to visit comments on how lovely it is and a lot of people when we describe where we live say 'oh my god you live in that huge house on the corner?!' and are extremely jealous. We've always had excellent response to any problems, emails are usually replied to the same day and repairs are always carried out quickly. The house itself is kept in extremely good condition; over the summer this year John had the entire kitchen refurbished. I would definitely recommend living in one of the Buxton Properties, John is an excellent landlord and he definitely has some of the nicest houses around. You hear some nightmare stories about people dealing with awful landlords and terrible houses, but we've had a fantastic time living here and have nothing but good things to say about the experience, Cara.
