The maintenance man, Ian, is an asset to the company; if anything was to go wrong, Ian would arrive immediately to resolve the issue. For example when the weather was really bad with snow and ice, Ian managed to locate and fix a new boiler for our property in less than 24 hours which seemed impossible at the time! Communication between the tenants and Buxton is outstanding and you can always expect a prompt reply. I would recommend Buxton properties to any prospective student looking to live in Lenton.
