The repair teams always responded quickly to mechanical faults within the week of complaint, emails were promptly replied to and the house itself was well received by us all. The recent refurbishment made it enjoyable and comfortable to live in and little repairs needed to be made. It is by far one of the best student houses in Lenton that we've seen.
